We cater for single Tool repairs and large production lines with regular monthly service requirements. We offer a Preventative Maintenance Schedule to keep your tooling in optimum condition with regular servicing. This keeps your costs down and ensures your tools perform at the best of their ability for longer. Consider this to like having your car serviced.

A typical Tool Service is between 5 to 10 working days and would cost a fraction of a new Tool. If additional work is required this will be quoted accordingly.

Tool Service and Repair process
All Tools are marked with a serial number for traceability and warranty purposes.
Tools are disassembled and chemically cleaned.
All parts are inspected for any defects.
Defective parts are either reworked where possible or replaced with new from the OEM if required.
All Bearings & Seals are replaced. Where possible we will enhance the quality of bearings and seals to improve the longevity and performance. KLUBER ISOFLEX NBU15 GREASE and various Loctite Products which are the Industrial standard for this type of Tooling.
Tools are re-assembled by a member of our dedicated team including checking run out of output spindle and tool alignment is within the industry standard for a New Tool.
Coolant nozzles are replaced if required with a nozzle which will enhance coolant delivery thus improving performance.
Our warranty is for 6 months on replaced parts under standard usage.
Preventative Maintenance Schedule created in Microsoft Excel format and a copy is sent to you with periodic health checks emailed.

Please do not try to repair your own Tools as most wear is difficult to detect without thorough cleaning and re-assembling. A tool without the correct gear backlash and bearing pre-load will cause your Tool to prematurely fail and create further damage to the bearing, seal diameters and gears. We only use the correct high precision bearings and seals as well as the industry standard lubrication and adhesives.
We can keep your machine tooling downtime to the minimum by offering you the fastest possible turnaround while keeping your tooling in the best possible condition.
