For over 20 years, DPGE Rebuilds has delivered specialist driven, live and static tooling repairs, preventative servicing and precision upgrades that keep your tooling operating at peak performance.
Trusted by the major tooling manufacturers and production facilities across Europe, we provide the expertise, capacity and reliability to support both one-off emergency tooling repairs and structured servicing across your entire production line.

When driven or static tooling fails, downtime quickly becomes costly. Replacement tooling often involves significant capital outlay, extended lead times and unnecessary disruption to production.
Rather than replacing prematurely, we help you maximise the value of the tooling you already own, extending tool life and protecting machining accuracy.
Are you experiencing issues with your tools?
Do you have tooling that:-
With our depth of experience and precision engineering capabilities, driven, live and static tooling that is often considered uneconomical or beyond repair can be successfully rebuilt, upgraded and returned by our skilled repair engineers.
If your driven, live or static tooling is showing signs of wear, loss of accuracy or failure, we’re ready to help restore performance and extend tool life.
In many cases, tooling considered beyond repair can be successfully restored and upgraded by our expert team.
Unsure if it’s repairable? We’ll assess it. We offer tool pickup service by our driver or by our carriers.
Contact us we're always here to answer any questions you may have and help you keep your tooling in great shape. Download our repairs form which needs to be included when sending your tools for repair.

All driven, live and static tooling repairs and servicing are carried out in our purpose-built UK facility, which means faster turnaround times and reduced shipping costs.
A typical repair is completed within 5–10 working days and costs a fraction of a new replacement tool.
If additional work is required, we will always discuss this with you first and provide a clear quotation before proceeding.

Much of the wear within a tool is difficult to detect without full disassembly, chemical cleaning and correct reassembly. A tool without the correct gear backlash and bearing pre-load will cause your tool to prematurely fail and create further damage to the bearing, seal diameters and gears.

Many driven, live and static tooling are originally manufactured with a single lip seal. During repair, we upgrade to a double lip seal to prevent contaminants and grease from entering the tool - an upgrade applied as a result of our in-depth understanding of common failure points within driven and live tooling.
All replaced parts carry a 12-month warranty under standard usage conditions
You will receive a Preventative Maintenance Schedule (in Microsoft Excel format) and periodic health checks will be emailed to you.
You will receive a Preventative Maintenance Schedule (Microsoft Excel format) along with periodic health checks, helping you to plan servicing intervals, prolong tooling life and maintain consistent performance across your production line.
Reduce unexpected downtime and take advantage of DPGE's Preventative Maintenance Service.

We don’t simply return your driven and static tooling to its original condition. Our extensive hands-on engineering experience means the tools we repair and service are often rebuilt to a higher spec than when new.
Our core engineers have been designing, manufacturing and repairing CNC Tooling since the 1980s and this is why we understand the requirement for the critical tolerances, especially when repairing this type of product.
We use high-precision bearings and seals together with industry-standard lubrication and adhesives, ensuring consistent reliability and long-term performance.
